New Year's shipping schedule - December 31, 2024, to January 3, 2025 (Japan time)
December 23, 2024 Shipping orders received during the holiday period will be processed after January 4, 2025.
Japan Post shipments that have been paid for before December 29 will be handed over to the delivery company for shipment within 2024.
Oversized shipments and other special parcel services that have been paid for before December 26 will also be handed over to the delivery company for shipment within 2024.
Shipments paid for after the previously mentioned dates will be processed after January 4.

August 06, 2024 For customers whose EMS deliveries have been suspended due to the effects of COVID-19, we have extended the free storage period and are currently offering an indefinite storage service. However, as there is currently no prospect of resuming the service, we will end this special measure on September 30, 2024.
Any items still stored in the warehouse will be disposed of after this date.
Important: If there is a shipment available to your country, please submit a shipment order before September 30, 2024, to ensure your items are delivered.

Previously, you enjoyed storage for your purchased items for up to 180 days after they arrived at our warehouse in Japan.
Effective June 1st, 2024, the complimentary storage period will be reduced to 120 days.
Data Retention & Deletion: You now have clear instructions on how to request the removal of your account and associated data.
Enhanced Communication: Our preferred communication methods (customer support system, website notifications, and email) are now specified for a smoother user experience.
Dispute Resolution Process: The updated agreement details how disputes will be addressed, including individual case handling and the governing law.

Harmonized System (HS) code for shipments to the European Union
September 05, 2023 Effective September 22nd, 2023, the HS code is recommended for all shipments from Japan to the European Union.
Please submit the HS code in shipping instructions to avoid customs delays and incorrect tax calculations.

November 02, 2022 We have good news! Japan Post resumed acceptance of EMS parcels toward the following countries on November 2nd.
Brazil, Canada, Chile, Cuba, Finland, India, Peru, and Romania.
In case of shipping toward Canada, Surface Mail also became available.
Because of the resumption, the extended free storage service for customers in those countries has ended.
